Refund policy
We DO NOT do cash refunds. We only offer store credit. Our team must be contacted within 10 days of delivery date to continue the return process. All shoes, accessories, swimwear, intimates, and bodysuits are FINAL sale. Sale items purchased with a discount of 30% or more are FINAL sale. Gift Cards are FINAL sale. All items must have the original tags attached. All items must be returned in the same condition as received(Unworn, unwashed, in addition to being deodorant, makeup, and smoke free). We are not responsible for the return shipping fees. We have the right to refuse a return if our conditions are not met.

Please email us within 3 days of the delivery date. Include a picture of the damaged item and the order number.
